One of the things that gives me great pleasure and also makes me relax from work is building and fixing bikes in my spare time. I am far from being a professional bike builder and mechanic, but I would go as far as to call myself a seriously qualified amateur bicycle mechanic.
Anyway, I live in a small three bedroom apartment with my wife and thought I'd share what my workshop looks like. I have built my tiny workshop in the bedroom my son left behind since moving on to university. The room itself is no more than 11 square meters and -besides being my bike workshop it also doubles as my work-from-home Covid-19 office.
The images below show the workbench that I have custom built myself to fit the room, as well as the storage system I created for organizing all things related to bikes. The third images shows my office corner in the other end of the small room.
And yes, word about this tiny bike workshop is spreading among the neighborhood and offers for payed mechanical work have been made (but as of yet refused ).
